TFCD is my writing blog. It contains stories from the world I’ve created – the world that surrounds Captain Kim MacKenzie and her crew on the CSS Dragon. I don’t believe that a novel should be weighed down by backstory, but there is so much to tell! I created TFCD with that purpose: telling the backstory so that the novels don’t have to bother with it.

So, why do I have this blog?

TFCD is my writings. This blog is about writing. The process of writing. Making the “magic” happen. How concepts become words on paper. It’s also the newsy side of writing with announcements and whatnot. The stuff I can’t publish on “the other blog” without breaking up the story.
